A registered sex offender allegedly exposed and touched himself in the toy section of a Fairfax, Va. Wal-Mart last Sunday night.
A store employee told police that Jerome Fleming, 59, was watching children in the toy section. He then waited for adults to leave the area before crouching down to commit the alleged offense.
Fleming, from the 6000 block of Rosebud Lane, was arrested and charged with making an obscene sexual display.
He was transported to the Fairfax County prison.
Detectives believe that other people possibly saw Fleming allegedly in the act.
