Fairfax County police arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman earlier this month.
Cesar Rodriguez, of Woodbridge, Va., turned himself in Wednesday at the Mason District police station.
Rodriguez is accused of lifting up a woman's dress and touching her inappropriately as she washed her car outside her home on Harrington Falls Lane in Alexandria, according to police.
Investigators used the victim's detailed descriptions of both the suspect and the vehicle he was driving.
Rodriguez is charged with sexual battery. He was sent to the Fairfax County detention center.
