Fairfax Police Investigating Armed Robberies

Police looking for help identifying white female suspect.

Fairfax County Police say they are looking for help in identifying a white female suspect wanted in a series of recent armed robberies.

Police say that in each case the suspect displayed a handgun, demanded money, and received it from a clerk except for the second robbery in which the suspect fled after a customer approached the store.

The first robbery took place at around 10:30 p.m. on December 29th at a Shell Gas station off of Lee Jackson Memorial Highway in Chantilly, Va. according to police.  The second robbery happened less than an hour later at a 7-Eleven store located on Centreville Road in Manassas Park, Va.  

The third robbery occurred at around 2:30 a.m. on January 1st at a 7-Eleven store located on Coverstone Drive in the Manassas area of Prince William County, Va., according to police.  The fourth and most recent robbery was at around 10 p.m. on January 10th at an Exxon Gas station on Leesburg Pike in the Falls Church area of Fairfax County. 

Police say that in each robbery the suspect was described as a white female in her early to mid-20s and  5 feet 3 inches to 5 feet 7 inches tall.  She was described as wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants or blue jeans, and displayed either a silver or black handgun.  Police say the suspect has been linked to a dark-colored, small station wagon style vehicle.
