A serial groper in Northern Virginia may have struck for the 15th time.
The latest case happened Thursday night around 5:45. Police say a man suddenly approached a 30-year-old woman near Briarwood Court and Patriot Drive while she was jogging.
The woman told police the man grabbed her, she screamed, and then the man ran off.
Police believe the man responsible for 14 other similar attacks in Fairfax County may also be behind this attack.
