FBI Asks Serial Shooter to Call

The FBI is asking the person who shot at the Pentagon, two military recruiting stations and the Marine Corps Museum -- twice! -- to call them.

Investigators said they want to talk to the person who they believe may have a problem with the Marine Corps.

Investigators said they don’t believe the shooter wants to hurt anybody because all of the shootings have happened overnight when no one is around.

This isn’t the first time the FBI has publicly asked suspects to give themselves up.

The agency made similar appeals to D.C. area snipers John Allen Muhammad and Lee Boyd Malvo. Muhammad and Malvo terrorized the area for three weeks and killed 10 people in October 2002.
