A 21-year-old man has been charged in connection with a "peeping tom" incident at the University of Maryland.

A university employee notified police she saw a cell phone with the camera pointing up inside a women's bathroom at the Biology-Psychology Building on April 2. Detectives arrested Ernest Attakora Marfo Monday in connection with the incident.
