Employee, 2 Others Arrested in Dunkin' Donuts Robbery

A worker at a Dunkin' Donuts in Olney, Md., and two other men were arrested Tuesday following an armed robbery at the shop.

The suspects, all from Silver Spring, are 19-year-old Jose Ramirez, 18-year-old Augusto Silva and 19-year-old Guillermo Mata-Henriquez.

Mata-Henriquez, a Dunkin' Donuts employee who was working at the time, staged the armed robbery as Silva and Ramirez entered the shop with weapons, tied up two employees and demanded cash, Montgomery County police said.

Ramirez and Silva were being held on $40,000 bond pending a bond review hearing Thursday afternoon. Mata-Henriquez was being held on $20,000 bond.
