D.C. firefighters rescued two dogs from a house fire Friday afternoon.
The top floor of a row house in the 300 block of Madison Street NW was consumed by flames when D.C. Fire and EMS responded.
The firefighters were able to put out the fire and rescue both pets trapped in the home.
No injuries have been reported.
