One person is recovering from injuries suffered in a vicious dog attack in Northeast.

Surveillance video shows two dogs chasing after two teenagers along Queen Street Friday night. Andre Hawthorne tells News4 he was just getting home from work when he witnessed the attack.

Hawthorne says he tried to fight the dogs off the teens, but instead, they attacked him. Hawthorne was bitten on both his arms and hands, and says he is getting rabies shots.

Hawthorne has scheduled a doctor’s appointment for Monday to find out if he has nerve damage. Police and animal control officers are still looking for the owner of the dogs.
