Montgomery County Del. Susan Lee is running for state Senate.
Lee announced Tuesday she will seek the office in legislative District 16. She says she is running for the seat that will be vacated by Sen. Brian Frosh, who is running for attorney general.
Lee has been a member of the House of Delegates since 2002. She has served on the House Judiciary Committee.
Lee is a civil rights and intellectual property attorney.
