Metro says commuters can expect delays on three lines Wednesday morning.
At one point in the morning, portions of the Blue, Yellow and Green lines were all single-tracking. All three lines were back to their normal capacity by 6:30 a.m. But Metro says commuters on all three lines can still expect residual delays in both directions.
Problems on each line varied. The blue line was experiencing track problems, the yellow line had a disabled train at the College Park station, and the green line had a signal problem.
