Two 12-year-old girls, Daekyia Shropshire and Taniya Moore, who were missing from D.C. have been found safe.
Daekyia Shropshire had been missing since Monday from the Unit block of M Street NE while Taniya Moore was last seen Thursday around 9th and Yuma streets SE.
Both girls were located Friday, but police did not say where each girl was found.
Their cases were not related.
