D.C. Five in Pakistan Court Room

The men known as the D.C. Five will be questioned in a Pakistan court room for the first time this weekend. The group of men have been dubbed the D.C. Five because they lived in the capital region.

The five men face several charges, including conspiracy to commit terrorism and waging war against Pakistan and its allies, including the United States. CNN is reporting that the men will be in a Pakistan court room tomorrow and face questions about the details of their terror plan.

Lawyers for the five men say they planned no terrorist attacks and were implicated by Pakistani authorities, who were under intense pressure to bring about an indictment.

Officials in both the U.S. and Pakistan have said they expect the men would eventually be deported back to the United States.
