DC Police are investigating what's being called a "flash mob robbery" at a Dupont Circle clothing store.

Police say on Monday, 20 or so teenagers entered the G-Star Raw store on Connecticut, grabbed clothes and ran out of the store with approximately $20,000 in merchandise.

Other media outlets have reported on similar incidents in the past.

Just two weeks ago, Georgetown Tee's was hit by a flash mob that took thousands of dollars worth of merchandise.

In 2009, a flash mob rushed into Universal Gear on 13th Street Northwest, ripped clothes off the racks and walls, and ran out of the store.

If you have any information on these flash mob robberies, please contact DC Police.
