A Prince William County bus driver resigned after being charged with assault and battery at a Manassas School.
According to authorities, Minnie Pearl McBridge, 49, assaulted two students on her bus that were under her care on Friday the 13th of May. The students were ages 10 and 12.
Prince William Police said the bus was parked at Independent Hill School at the time of the assault.
McBride's was a bus driver for Prince William County since 2007. Her resignation took effect on Monday.
