D.C. Police Warn About Minivan Thefts

Three stolen over the weekend

D.C. police are warning minivan owners after three were stolen over the weekend.

Police said two Dodge Caravans and a Chrysler Voyager, which is essentially the same vehicle, were stolen.

Those minivans are easy to steal by breaking the steering column, police said.

Police advised owners of Caravans and Voyagers to use steering wheel locks to deter potential thieves.
