WASHINGTON -- A gunman in a wheelchair shot a woman in the foot before fleeing in the chair, D.C. police said.
The woman told investigators she had argued with the man and he shot her after she got off a bus about 1 p.m. Monday in the 1200 block of H Street, The Washington Post reported.
Capt. Mike Gottert said the man, described as being in his early 20s, did not say anything before shooting the unidentified 47-year-old woman.
