DC Minister Speaks About Youth Violence Following Drive-By Shooting

Neighbors who live near the scene of Monday's drive-by shooting are uneasy because no suspects are in custody. The North Capitol Street shootings were in a gentrifying area of rapid new development and decades of poverty.
