D.C. Man's Death Ruled ‘Undetermined'

Police say man's death was result of three-story fall

D.C. Police are considering all possibilities in the August death of a Northeast man

54-year-old Ibrahim Musa was found unconscious in the 1900 block of Curtis Court in Southeast on August 18. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Originally, police believed that his multiple serious injuries were the result of an assault. But after further investigation, they now say that Musa died after falling from a third story window. Witnesses and video evidence both support that conclusion.

Police are now trying to determine if any foul play was involved or if Musa’s death was an accident. In the meantime, his cause of death has been ruled “undetermined.”
