Former DC Teacher on FBI's Most Wanted List

Eric Toth, a third grade teacher, was accused of producing child pornography

A former DC private school teacher and camp counselor has been added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.

Eric Justin Toth, 30, taught third grade at Beauvoir Elementary School on the grounds of the Washington National Cathedral when he was accused of producing child pornography in 2008.

He has not been seen since the day he lost his job and has been on the run ever since the investigation began, according to police.

Since 2008, police believe Toth has traveled to Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Authorities believe he lived in Arizona as recently as 2009.

Toth has been described as a computer “expert” and is believed to have an above-average understanding of the internet, internet security, and social engineering.

Eric Toth is described to be 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs about 155 pounds. He has brown hair, green eyes and a medium complexion. Toth has a distinguishing mole under his left eye.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for any information leading directly to the arrest of Eric Toth.
