A 44-year-old D.C. man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly electronically soliciting a juvenile.
A Fairfax County detective arrested Daniel Rosen at his home in the 3200 block of Adams Mill Road NW. Rosen is awaiting extradition to Northern Virginia.
The detectives who are handling the case work with the county's child exploitation unit.
According to Lucy Caldwell with Fairfax County Police, the arrest follows online exchanges between Rosen and a detective in that unit.
