D.C. police have arrested a man in the 1996 murder of a teenager in Northwest.
Authorities said Thursday that Curtis Farmer, now 44, has been charged with first-degree murder.
Farmer was arrested Wednesday in the fatal shooting of 19-year-old Michael Davy on Feb. 19, 1996.
Police found Davy inside a home suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He died soon after.
No attorney is listed for Davy in online court records.
