D.C. transportation officials say a ramp to the Southeast-Southwest Freeway in northwest has been closed due to flooding.
The 7th Street ramp to the freeway was closed early Tuesday morning. It was not immediately known when the ramp would reopen. Police that were on the scene earlier have left, leaving the closed roadway marked by flares.
