Eleven cab drivers in the District have been either carjacked or robbed in the month of November, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.

According to DC police, the suspects are primarily hailing cabs in areas near Metro stations

Police say they are looking for help from the public in identifying and locating suspects, but are urging extreme caution.

Anyone with information or knowledge of the suspects' identity is asked to call (202) 727-9099 rather than taking any action on their own.  Police also say to contact them if the emergency 911 beacon on top of a cab is flashing.
