Crime Solvers Wants to Be Your "Friend"

Crime Solvers wants you to friend them.

The crime-fighting service in Fairfax County is joining Facebook and wants the social network's 400 million users to become their fans. It's Crime Solvers newest tool to help catch crooks.

Among the things users will find is information on wanted persons, unsolved crimes, suspects caught in the act.

Virginia State Police credited its Facebook fans with helping apprehend a fugitive.

Crime Solvers has also launched a new page on its website devoted to finding deadbeat parents.
