Thieves stealing used cooking oil to make a quick buck is a growing problem. Now a restaurant in Montgomery County says it was hit last.

Kevin Miller owns the Red Rooster Restaurant on Damascus Boulevard in Damascus, Md. He said surveillance video shows someone cutting the lock on a his restaurant’s grease container last month and siphoning the grease out of it.

The oil is usually sold to companies that turn it into bio-fuel.

The restaurant released the video to News4 hoping someone will recognize the suspect and contact police.
