Riders on the Orange Line ran into some frustration tonight on Metro.
The Clarendon station in Arlington was shut down at the tail end of rush hour.
Metro Officials say they found loose floor tiles near the fare gates, and needed to make sure the platform was structurally sound.
Shuttle busses were offered while the inspections took place. The all-clear was given about an hour later, around 8pm.
The station was operating normally on Wednesday morning.
