Police in Arlington are asking for help identifying two men seen on surveillance video robbing a check-cashing store.

Two armed men approached a female employee in the 4700 block of Columbia Pike  about 9 a.m. Wednesday as she was getting ready to open the store, investigators said.

The surveillance video shows one man holding the woman at knife-point and leading her to the back of the store. Another man follows with what appears to be a handgun.

Police said the two forced the woman to open safes with cash. They then ran away with more than $37,000 in cash.

If you recognize either of the two men should call Arlington County police at (866) 411-TIPS. You can also email investigations@arlingtonva.us.
