D.C. police say an SUV with a child inside was stolen for about 15 minutes Tuesday evening.
According to police, the SUV's owner exited the car in the 4700 block of 2nd Street SE when two suspects pushed him to the ground and left with the car.
Police say the car, with the child still inside, was found about 15 minutes later.
Friday, D.C. police arrested 18-year-old Davon Owens on robbery and kidnapping charges.
