A punctured water main left a College Park roadway flooded and several businesses without water Friday afternoon.
WSSC crews nicked a 24-inch water main while working on another line in the 8900 block of Rhode Island Avenue. News4's Tracee Wilkins said the water main services about a dozen customers, most of them are businesses.
One lane of Rhode Island Avenue is closed between University Boulevard and Greenbelt Road while crews make the necessary repairs.
