Bus Driver Accused of Beating Daughter With Belt

Prince William County bus driver Christine Rodester Williams is currently on administrative leave after being charged with domestic assault.

Police arrested her Thursday afternoon at her daughter's home in Woodbridge. Police said she struck her 8-year-old daughter in the back with a belt.

When they went to the home, police said, they took Williams into custody without incident.

She has since been released on $1,000 bond and is awaiting her next court date.
