Bowie Home Destroyed by Fire

Nothing but one wall remains of the home in the 1800 block of Peachtree Lane in Bowie, where a home was destroyed by an early morning fire Tuesday.
The home was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived around 5 a.m.
A man in the house had a working smoke detector and was able to get outside safely. Neighbors helped him remove a propane tank from his driveway.
