All-Clear Given at Dulles Airport

NBC Chopper 4

The all-clear was given at Dulles Airport Friday night after a piece of suspicious cargo was found.

A bomb squad from Virginia State Police was called out to the airport around 8 p.m after a TSA dog alerted authorities to a cargo container that was headed to Qatar on a Qatar Airlines flight. As part of normal procedure, the bomb squad helped Dulles police check each piece of luggage in the container.

Nothing suspicious was found. No other flights were delayed and operations are normal.
