Body Found in Potomac River Near Memorial Bridge

The body of a man was pulled from the Potomac Saturday morning.

D.C. Police are trying to identify a body that was found in the Potomac River near the Memorial Bridge Saturday morning.

Authorities say the body was reported at around 10 a.m. Saturday and located south of the Memorial Bridge, not far from West Potomac Park, where thousands were expected to visit the cherry blossoms this weekend.
