Montgomery County Police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found floating in the Potomac River Saturday morning.
Montgomery County spokesman Paul Starks said that the body was spotted floating in the Potomac by a boater near White's Ferry shortly before 11 a.m. Saturday. The body was recovered by county fire and rescue personnel and examined by homicide detectives.
The identity of the man has not been released, nor has the cause of death. Anyone with information is asked to call Montgomery County Police at (240) 773-5070.
