A young man was killed after his dirt bike collided with a D.C. police cruiser Friday night.
Arnell Robinson, 20, was riding along with several bikes and lost control, crashing into a stopped, unmarked police cruiser, police said.
The accident happened at O Street and New Jersey Avenue in Northwest Washington.
