Restaurant Offers 50-Burrito Reward for Arrest of Thief

A Bethesda, Md., restaurant is offering $1,000 and 50 free burritos to anyone who can provide information that will lead it to finding a robber who broke in late last month.

Boloco, located at 4930 Elm Street, has uploaded footage of the burglary, adding in some music and on-screen commentary.

The thief was captured on surveillance video at 2:50 a.m. May 27, cracking the restaurant's safe and stealing cash. Fifteen minutes later, he or she was shown searching drawers and cabinets around the cash registers. The thief then left through the front door.

Another Boloco restauarant, this one in Boston, was robbed last year, and the detective assigned to the case won 2012 Detective of the Year for apprehending the perpetrators.
