Batter Up for a New Job

The Nationals hold a weekend job fair to fill spots for the new season

For most of us, heading for the ball park is a night out, but how about making it a night on the job?

The Nationals and their food service partner Levy Restaurants are looking to fill part-time job positions for the upcoming baseball season.

Bring your resume this weekend to the stadium if you’re interested in being a concession supervisor, manager, bartender, cook or server. Nationals officials call them “ideal” jobs for entry level job experience, for seniors and for retirees looking for extra income.

Those hired would get to work games and other events.

The job fair for Nationals Park runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday. Enter at the Center Field Main Gate Entrance, and remember, they’re taking applications on a first-come basis.
