"Charm City" may have a little work to do to live up to it's name. Baltimore recently made the Top 5 in a list of dirtiest cities across America.
The survey from Travel & Leisure magazine ranked 35 cities in the U.S in the areas of culture, dining, shopping and safety.
New York was first, followed by New Orleans at No. 2 and Baltimore at No. 3.
Baltimore moved up three places from last year's list. The magazine cites more complaints about rats.
D.C also made the list at No. 12. Travel & Leisure referenced litter and unfriendly citizens as factors in the ranking. Only New York and Miami were rated lower in the friendly category.
