A man attempted to sexually assault a juvenile in her apartment, according to Arlington County police.
The incident took place about 6 a.m. in Columbia Heights West, police said.
The man is described as white, 20-25 years old, 5-feet-7-inches tall, with freckles and a short brown Mohawk hairstyle. He was wearing a white shirt with a gray design, blue jeans and black shoes.
