Police have made an arrest in connection with the shooting of a man outside a Taco Bell restaurant in Falls Church, Va.
James Moore, Jr., 32, of Falls Church, is charged with aggravated malicious wounding, attempted robbery, use of a firearm during a felony, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Moore and the victim, Carlos Gonzales, 23, of Arlington, were acquaintances. A disagreement escalated into Gonzales being shot four times in the torso; he is expected to recover.
