Arrest Made in Inner Harbor Slaying

Baltimore police say an arrest has been made in a fatal stabbing in the city's Inner Harbor area.

Police announced Monday that Matthew Darby has been arrested for the stabbing death about 2:15 a.m. in the popular tourist area along the city's waterfront.

No further details about the arrest or Darby were immediately released.

Police say the unidentified 20-year-old victim was leaving work when two people approached him in the 200 block of East Pratt Street. The man was stabbed multiple times in the upper body and died at a hospital.

Police have said they believe the killing was an isolated incident and was not related to any downtown club or bar.

It wasn't immediately clear if he had a lawyer.
