Arrest Made in Fatal Stabbing in NE

Police are investigating a murder in Northeast D.C.

Police have arrested a suspect in the fatal stabbing of a man Wednesday in the 4000 block of Blaine Street.

Asia Dontrese Moore, 22, of the southeast section of D.C., has been charged with first degree murder while armed in the death of Marvin Harvey, 23, of the Northeast.

The stabbing was reported just before 2:30 p.m. in the 4000 block of Blaine Street. Harvey was found with life-threatening injuries and transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
