MPD officers have made an arrest in a fatal stabbing that occurred in Northeast last Saturday.
On Tuesday, members of the Homicide Branch arrested and charged 21-year-old Donzell Butler of Northeast with second degree murder while armed.
Butler is accused of fatally stabbing 20-year-old Charles Anthony Scott, Jr. on Saturday night. Another victim survived his wounds.
