Prince George’s County police said they made an arrest following a fatal shooting last week in Landover, Md.

Last Thursday night, 43-year-old Brian Keith Tann, of the 7700 block of Bender Road, was found by officers in a residence in his neighborhood with trauma to his body, according to police. Tann was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead.

Homicide detectives obtained a murder warrant for Thomas Everett Chester III, 21, who turned himself in on Monday.  Police said the motive in the murder was a dispute between Chester and Tann, who knew each other.

Chester is being held without bond.
