Do you recognize him?

Arlington County police released a sketch on Friday of a man wanted for abducting and trying to sexually assault a woman last week on the Washington and Old Dominion Trail.

A woman was running on the trail in the Glencarlyn Park area about 8:45 p.m. Friday, July 31 when she was approached by a man and thrown to the ground, police said. The man tried to cover her mouth, but she screamed and he man fled.

The victim described the attacker as a Hispanic man in his 20s standing about 5-foot-6, weighing about 140 pounds and wearing long gray shorts with a belt and no shirt.

The Fairfax County Police Department's sketch artist sketched the suspect after meeting with the victim, Arlington police said.
