A three-year-old found wandering by Arlington police Saturday was recognized by a family friend after intense social media coverage, and has been returned to the family.
The boy was found wandering on 4th Street N. at 1 p.m. Saturday.
Police took to social media Saturday to see if anyone recognized the child.
