Wintry Weather Stops Some Amtrak Trains in Their Tracks

Slick roads aren't the only travel issue the area is facing. If you were planning to travel by rail Thursday morning, you might want to think again. More than a dozen Amtrak runs on the Keystone line, which services much of the Northeast, have already been cancelled for the day. News4's Richard Jordan was live at Union Station, where commuters were already facing the travel freeze.
