Amber Alert for Young Boy in Virginia

Virginia State Police are looking for a young child believed to be in extreme danger.

Charles Forrestt Dillon, a white 1-year-old who is 2-feet-6-inches tall and 25 pounds with blue eyes and short blond hair, was last seen at 336 Neff Avenue in Harrisonburg. He was wearing a blue and brown striped shirt and brown shorts.

An Amber Alert has been issued.

Police believe Charles was abducted by his mother, 23-year-old Sarah Dillon, a white woman with blue eyes and long brown hair who stands 5-foot-3 and weighs 120 pounds. She may be using the name Sarah Cline.

Police spokeswoman Mary-Hope Vass said Sarah Dillon, who does not have custody, was having supervised visitation with the child Friday morning, the Associated Press reported. The Daily News Record reported that an unknown man was seen with the woman around the time the child disappeared.

They may be in a green 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 with license plates XXF2172.

Anyone with information about their whereabouts should call Harrisonburg police at 540-434-9992 or state police at 1-800-822-4453.
