A confrontation over an affair led to the arrests of three people, including two men accused of having a relationship with a 13-year-old girl.
Prince William County police were called to a home in the 1400 block of Oregon Avenue in Woodbridge June 2 at 12:36 a.m. for a reports of a burglary in progress.
Ada Patricia Osorio, 28, of Woodbridge allegedly climbed a ladder to the teen's second floor bedroom and forced her way inside. Police say the relationship Osorio's husband, 32-year-old Dagoberto Osorio-Ortiz, had with the teen prompted the verbal altercation.
Ada Osorio has been charged with burglary, as well as two counts of obstruction of justice. Her husband is facing two counts of carnal knowledge and indecent liberties with a child.
During their investigation, police say they learned the girl was also involved with a second man, David Ernesto Leiva, 33, of Woodbridge. He has been charged with two counts of carnal knowledge and indecent liberties with a child.
All three are being held without bond.
